Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts
Iconic singer and songwriter Sarah McLachlan will bring her Better Broken Tour to Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts on Sunday, 5th July 2026.
Fans will get to experience some of McLachlan’s iconic hits like “Angel,” “Building a Mystery,” and “I Will Remember You,” as well as music from her newly released album Better Broken. On the new album, Sarah McLachlan was nominated for four Juno Awards and took home a Juno Award for Adult modern Album of the Year.
Also, Allison Russell, Grammy Award winner as 1/3 of Pulp Soulenders joins McLachlan as the Grammy-nominated folk singer-songwriter who wrote and recorded “Nightflyer” and “Outro.”

Singer-songwriter Sarah McLachlan will bring her Better Broken Tour to Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts on Sunday, July 5th, 2026. Show time is 7:30 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. McLachlan will be joined on tour by special guest Allison Russell, celebrated for her searing original songs in a range of musical contexts and her 2019 debut album.
All 50 dates of McLachlan’s fall, entirely sold-out schedule come out to make over 30 stops in the US and abroad on the Better Broken Tour, which includes performances in Franklin, TN; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; New York, NY; and more.

Sarah McLachlan's most recent studio album Better Broken served as the basis for her 2026 Juno Award for Adult modern Album of the Year. Known as one of Canada's most successful singer/songwriters with three Grammys and nine Junos, Sarah is also the creator of the all-female music festival Lilith Fair and was awarded Officer of the Order of Canada. With over 40 million albums sold worldwide, she knows a thing or two about reaching an audience.
Multi-award-winning singer-songwriter Allison Russell will perform songs from her acclaimed album The Returner (2023), for which she received four Grammy nominations. Her earlier record earned Grammy, Juno, Americana Music and Folk Alliance International Awards. A Montreal native now living in Nashville, Russell is a poet, an activist, and a multi-instrumentalist.
One third of supergroup Our Native Daughters, together with fellow singer-songwriters Rhiannon Giddens, Leyla McCalla, and Amythyst Kiah, Russell is dedicated to centreing the long-lost story-tellings of Black women within the tradition of American folk music. Her work draws on folk, Americana and singer-songwriter traditions to examine themes of trauma, survival, and social justice.

The iconic 7000 seat Center features approximately 3780 reserved orchestra and loge seats and 3200 general admission lawn seats. In addition to the main stage concessions, guests may enjoy a variety of concession stands with food, beverages and picnic items throughout the Park. Guests are also welcome to bring outside food to the Park; please note that alcohol may only be purchased on site.
