The Human League, Soft Cell & Alison Moyet at Wolf Trap

Generations US Tour 2026

The Human League, Soft Cell and Alison Moyet bring their legendary British synth-pop show, The Generations US Tour 2026. The trio of legendary acts will perform at the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts on Tuesday, June 30th, 2016. The doors will open at 6:00 PM and the three legendary acts will take to the stage at 7:30 PM. 

The Human League

This band is a British pioneer of the synth-pop genre of new wave music. Their hit single ‘Don't You Want Me’ from the early 80’s is a well-known song played on dance floors world-wide. Their later hit ‘Human’ is another well-known song and is known as one of the so-called ‘electronic songs’. The Human League managed to get several singles and albums at the top of the charts in the 80’s and therefore are symbols of that decade. 

Soft Cell

Also bringing a collection of some of the best and classic songs of the electronic and synth-pop era of the 80’s, Soft Cell are set to only perform on 3 special tour dates, fans will be treated to some of the iconic group’s most classic songs, especially “Tainted Love” which has been a famous love song that is recognized all over the world.

Alison Moyet

Known for her incredible voice and her songs, she wrote for her iconic duo Yazoo, as well as her very successful Solo career, she will be performing LIVE her most famous songs, including “Don’t Go” the Yazoo hit, and her Solo hit “Love Resurrection”.

Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts Information

The Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts is located at 1551 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182. As the nation’s only national park for the performing arts, it is a unique venue located within a 117 acre park-like setting. The Filene Center, which is the site of most of the Wolf Trap performances, is an outdoor amphitheater that has a 7,000 seat capacity, consisting of in-house seats and lawn seating.

The concessions at the center include grab-and-go food, snacks, soft drinks and cocktails. For a more upscale dining experience, Ovations, a gourmet, al fresco style buffet is available for advance reservations and can be picked up at the center. There are also reusable, spill-safe cups available for purchase.

The National Park Service at Wolf Trap can accommodate people with disabilities and offer sign language interpretation with a week’s advance request, CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) services with three weeks’ advance request and complimentary FM loop headphones for hearing impaired individuals. Parking Information

Note that there is free parking available for all performances at Wolf Trap, but space is limited. For those traveling by car, we suggest that you try to carpool with friends or others attending the performance. In addition, the National Park Service offers a free transport service for performances at the Filene Center.

The Wolf Trap Express Shuttle runs between the McLean Metro Station and the main entrance of the park. The fare is $5 per person for a round trip ticket. In addition, there are many street parking spaces as well as several parking lots and garages in the neighborhood of Vienna, just a short walk to the Filene Center.
