National Symphony Orchestra tickets

Join the National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Steven Reineke for an evening of the music of Jerry Garcia, celebrated in a new symphonic form as the Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration at The Barns at Wolf Trap on Friday, September 4, 2026. Steven Reineke is recognized as one of the leading figures in the field of innovative orchestral works, many of them site-specific.

Jerry Garcia has embarked on these unique performances, and fans of The Grateful Dead have come out in droves to support! Maybe classical music was not what a lot of these people had in mind back in the day when they put on the iconic records that featured Jerry Garcia's voice on them. Yet, oddly enough, with time, true fans have loved this experience. It seems that Garcia enjoys his time performing on this setup as well.
